Langley, Virginia Fulton was getting antsy. His appointment with the DCI was for 10:00am, and it was nearly 10:30. He forced himself not to look at his watch every couple of minutes. Not that he should have been surprised. The DCI was a notorious control freak that got a kick out of exerting his authority over others.
