CHAPTER 15It happened so suddenly that Tara barely had time to register what was wrong. In fact, just about everything was! The electricity failed, she found herself floating towards the ceiling and she had difficulty breathing in the complete darkness; sirens rang out and screams could be heard in the distance. By now she was beginning to freeze and gasp for breath. She knew that in a catastrophic failure such as this the air supply would run out within a few moments. But why hadn't the oxygen masks dropped down as they should?
Where was she? She kicked out and realised that there was no gravity and she was sort of rolling through the middle of the office where she had been talking to Letty.
"Tara!" she heard the teenager call out.
Tara flung her arms out and found an arm that she grab
