CHAPTER 1

ELISHA'S POV:                                                                                                                                                                                                          I was reading a novel in my room when suddenly someone knocked at my door.When I asked,''Who is it?''. I came to know that it was my aunt.So,I opened the door for her and greeted her.Then she sat down with me on my bed as she wanted to talk about something important.                                                                                                                                                     (I actually lock my room's door all the time because I just don't like to interact with anyone. My family knows it so they just don't say anything against it.Well,talking about family,they're the one who taught me not to trust anyone and that trusting someone only brings u a lot of damage)                                                                                                  AUNT: Elisha! What happened? ( I was so lost in my own thoughts that I didn't hear my aunt calling me so her sudden voice brought me back to reality)                                                                                                                                        ME: Aunty,I'm so sorry. I didn't hear u.So,what were u talking about?                                                                                              AUNT: It's okay.So,I was asking you if you need anything because tomorrow is gonna be your first day at college. We want to be all ready,right?                                                                                                                                                                             ME: That's so sweet of you.But,Ryan brought so many things that I don't need anything.                                                         AUNT:I should have guessed already.He is always one step a head of us when it comes to you.Elisha!He is very happy for you.He wants you to socialize with people,make friends.Even,we all want it. Oh,I forgot to tell you that Maria and Kevin are waiting downstairs for you.They wanted me to bring you downstairs because they knew that you would just make excuses if they would've asked you.                                                                                                                                     ME:They know me so well.Even better than my own family.                                                                                                               AUNT: Elisha! We are your family and just don't think about your past. U should just care about your future because you have a control over it.Now,we should stop this emotional talk and just go downstairs.Because they wouldn't like it if we are late,right? So let's go.                                                                                                                                                               ME:Ok!                                                                                                                                                                                                        (We both went downstairs and there,I spotted my three sweet,caring cousin Ryan,Kevin and Maria. Ryan is 7 years older than me so he is very protective about me because he thinks that I'm a little girl who is way too naive.Kevin and Maria are just 1 year older than me so they just treat me like buddies,that's what they say.But they are my family,my sweet,caring family.They are the ones whom I can trust completely)                                                                                   RYAN:So,how are you my little one?                                                                                                                                               ME:I'm fine.How are you? And shouldn't you be in office at this hour?                                                                            RYAN:I'm fine and I should be here with you now because my little one is gonna attend college tomorrow.We should help you with preparing yourself for college.                                                                                                                                 ME:It's not a big deal.Kevin and Maria also attend the same college.So,they would be always there with me.                KEVIN:Elisha is right.Me and Maria would take care of her and protect her from bad people.                                        MARIA:Yes,you are the one who is bad.So,plz Elisha be careful with him. (she said with mischevious smile)               AUNT:Ok! Now stop this all argument and show her the real reason why all of you called her?                                   RYAN:Oh yes! We almost forgot.                                                                                                                                                        Then,Kevin went inside the kitchen and came back with a box.                                                                                             MARIA:Let's open it.                                                                                                                                                                                  There was a beautiful blue velvet cake.Then all of them sang a birthday song for me.I almost forgot that it's 16 Aug today,which is my birthday.I was so happy that they remembered it.                                                                                        RYAN:We all know that how much you love blue so we prepared all of this.                                                                    Now,that I've noticed,there were blue baloons all around and all the decorations in the living room was blue.                 ME:Thank you so much.It means a lot to me.                                                                                                                      MARIA:Elisha!Don't say that.... You are our family..How can we not remember your birthday.Ok,so firstly,we'll cut the cake and then we will give you your gifts.                                                                                                                                     RYAN:Yeah! Come on!                                                                                                                                                                                  ( Firstly,I blew the candles and then cut my cake.We all enjoyed a lot and then after having a delicious cake,everyone gave me gifts.I said ''thank u'' to all of them not because they've given me valuable gifts but because that they've shown me that how important I'm to them.They mean a lot to me and it's same for them)   In evening,we had a great feast in which there were my favourite dishes.They all know that I don't like going to fancy and crowdy places anymore.So,in other words,it was a wonderful day because if I would've been alone then I would only depress myself by thinking about the coming day.But my family made me feel so confident that I was all ready for tomorrow.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            ZAYN'S POV:                                                                                                                                                                                                        I was having a party with my friends at a fancy club.Because,I didn't want to listen to my dad's lecture anymore.As always,he gave me lecture about my future and that,I am ruining his name by bullying kids at college.I was very excited for tomorrow because there are gonna be new students at college and me being a bad boy should give them some company.But everything ruined because of my dad's typical lecture.But,it's okay now because there are so many chicks in this club who are continuously giving me slutty look.I think I should enjoy this night because now that I have to repeat my 1st year at college so I wouldn't be able to attend these parties....                                                           CHASE: Where are u going Zayn?                                                                                                                                                                ME: I'm just going to loosen up.I'll pick you up for college tomorrow.(I said with a wink)                                              CHASE:Of course! You always like to loosen up by  one nightstands..PLEASE DON'T BE LATE FOR COLLEGE TOMORROW!!!!(He shouted after me)                                                                                                                                                                                                  '' Typical good boy who just likes to study'',I thought.                                                                                                             I went near a tall chick who was wearing almost nothing but who are we to mind,right? The way she was biting her lips by looking at me,I knew where this was going.I know that I'm a handsome guy who is well built but still girls,have some self respect..So,yeah!That's how my day before college went......
