Ethan was furious beyond measure when he realized that a man had answered his wife's phone.
"Who are you looking for? Is it this beautiful woman here?" the man taunted.
"Where is my wife? Where is she?" Ethan yelled.
His face turned red, and every vein on his body seemed to surface in his mounting rage. He knew that Lily was not in a good state right now.
"Oh, this is your wife? She's gorgeous! I bet she tastes... exquisite. I can't wait to savor her," the man sneered, his words followed by a burst of mocking laughter.
"Don't you dare lay a hand on my wife! If you touch her, I'll kill you! Do you understand? Don't wake the sleeping lion unless you want to meet your end!" Ethan roared.
The man laughed again, completely unbothered. He treated Ethan's threats as nothing more than a joke
