Olive's POV I couldn't stop blaming myself for what happened to Orvyn. It's a miracle he's alive. Usually, during a battle of immortals, decapitation was the best method to certify death. It's a good thing Conrad got to him earlier before Alpha Cassian could finish him off. I paced about the well-furnished room that used to be my prison, which had now been transformed into my quarters. Under Orvyn's command, the drapes had been changed to a golden kashmir material.
