As they drove to the viewing, Becca was non stop asking about the the mysterious man who had knocked into Lou.
"You must have seen him around the store before Lou?"
Lou knew she would have remembered those deep dark brown eyes anywhere or his soft voice. She shook her head. Becca rolled her eyes and tutted at Lou. She couldn't shake his image from her head.
"We're here" Becca said as they pulled up outside a lovely looking flat. The communal area looked well looked after and tidied. The sun hit the gardens beautifully and really set off the yellow flowers in the window boxes. Lou got out of the car and took in a deep breath. She felt like this was home. Lou and Becca walked up to the door and was just about to ring the door bell when the door suddenly opened wide.
Lou gasped and her jaw dropped.
"Well hello..." Becca said flirtatiously looking him up and down. The poor bloke shifted uneasily in his shirt and put his head down.
"You..." Lou whispered and c****d her head to one side. He looked straight at Lou and smiled.
"Lou isn't it?" He beamed. How on earth he knew her name, Lou had no idea but she didn't really mind much.
"How..." She began
"Oh I heard your girlfriend shout it out when I bumped into you... Oh my goodness. Did I cause any damage to your phone? Did I hurt you?" Lou couldn't answer him. She was too busy just staring at him and taking every inch of this beautiful man in.He smelt amazing. Fresh, clean, slightly minty (Lou guessed that must of been his bodywash) and his aftershave - it was sending Lou wild. It was an intense spicy- woody smell. This man was on fire! His light blue suit hugged him in the right places and really gave Lou a view of his lovely perk bottom and strong toned legs. He had taken off his suit jacket and Lou noticed how he carefully rolled his sleeves up to revel his manly toned arms and sun kissed skin. Lou was just making her way upto his face when she felt a hard pinch on her arm. She snapped out of her day dream and turned to face Becca.
"Ouch! What did you do that for?!" Lou asked rubbing her arm. Becca smiled at her and replied, "Michael has just said if you wanted to go in and look around you can. After all Lou this could be your future home.." Lou gave herself a shake and smiled at Michael who is smirking to himself.
"Yes sorry Michael that would be great. Thank you." As Michael turns around and makes his way into the flat, Lou leans into Becca and whispers, "When did he introduce himself?" Becca giggles, "Just about the same time you where checking out his arse." They both fall into a state of laughter. Michael leaves them to look around and returns to the paperwork he had left on the coffee table. Becca checks every corner of the flat out before her phone rings. "I'll take this outside babe, it's Ian. Keep looking around I won't be a minute." And she makes her way to the front door.
"It's not a bad view is it?" Michael startles Lou and makes her jump slightly. "Sorry I didn't mean too..."
"No it's fine. Too busy looking out the window to realise you where there. But yes, you're right, it is a lovely view," Lou smiled at Michael gently. Michael took a step closer and was about to say something when Becca rushed back into the room looking flustered.
"Sorry Lou Lou. I've got to go. Ian has just had a call from work and he can't say no to the dude. I've got to go and collect Benji. Will you be ok getting back to Stephens?" Lou notices Michael's expression drop a little when Becca mentions Stephen's name.
"Yeah thanks it's not far. I'll enjoy the walk" They hug each other before Becca mouths sorry for the hundredth time and leaves. Lou looks at Michael who is currently staring down at his shoes.
"Right then, Michael... Let's talk business. How much is the flat a month, what deposit will you need and how long is the landlord looking at renting it out for? And where do I sign?" Lou asked. Michael looks up with a slightly confused look on his face.
"Don't take this the wrong way Lou, but at first I thought Becca was your girlfriend and then she mentions Stephen. I'm just wondering if you would like Stephen to view it with you before you enter into a contract?" Lou looks at hims puzzled. She hasn't got a clue what he's on about?
"I'm lost Michael sorry - I don't understand why my brother would need to view my potential home?" Lou shrugged. Michael went beetroot and become once again rather flustered. he started shifting his feet awkwardly and playing with his fingers. "I thought he was your boyfriend.." Michael muttered. Lou lean't in closer to Michael to try and hear what he was saying.
"I'm sorry Michael I can't hear you. Could you repeat that please." Lou asked. Michael shifts, it was obvious to Lou he had become a little uncomfortable now. Michael took a deep breath, looked up and Lou and opened his mouth to speak. Just as the words was about to leave his mouth, the silence was broken by Lou's ringtone. The noise startled them both.
"Sorry, I better get that, it'll probably be my brother wondering where I've gotten to." She rolls her eyes and flicks her hair back as she answers the phone. Michael's face blushed and he felt something shift in his trousers. Lou was talking to Stephen on the phone completely unaware or Michael's slight arousal. Michael watched as she gently kept pushing her hair away from her neck. How he would love to plant a soft gentle kiss on there and gently give it a playful nibble. Lou smiled at something that Stephen had said to her and Michael's eyes immediately flashed up to her mouth. "She has a beautiful smile," Michael said to himself mesmerised by Lou's appearance. She was perfect. From her warm brown hair to her big bright sparkly blue eyes, to her well proportioned breasts, to her ample bottom, there wasn't an inch of her that Michael didn't want to uncover and explore. Michael felt himself get a little hot under the collar. He had no idea what had come over him. He has never been like this with a client before. But he felt the electricity run through him when he accidentally collided with her back at the supermarket. There was something about Lou that had woken something up inside of him.
"Sorry about that Michael. Big brother Stephen was worried. I didn't realise at 21 I had to have a curfew," Lou teased. Lou smiled to herself as she tossed her phone back into her bag.
"I see your phone still works then," Michael said filled with guilt. Lou smiled at him with reassurance. "Yeah a few scratches but nothing major. I've been meaning to try and get a new one anyway. Suppose this will give me the kick I need," Lou shrugged. As she took one last look around the room, her eyes became fixed on Micheal and she couldn't help but notice his new bulge in his trousers. Michael caught where her eyes had been led and quickly turned around to walk towards to door.
"So if you would follow me Lou, we can sit and have a chat about this place and I can answer any of your questions." Michael had become so embarrassed about how unprofessional he had become. All the years he had been doing this job and not once had he become this unprofessional, until now. Michael had no idea what had come over him.
Michael walked into the dining room area followed by Lou. He pulled up a stool and nodded towards Lou to sit on it, he grabbed his briefcase and pulled up another stool. He didn't want to be too close to Lou for his own safety - it would appear that for the past half hour or so, his c**k had a mind of it's own.
"So Lou, is there anything you would like to ask me with regards to the property?" Michael asked, trying to push all thoughts of what he would do to Lou if she agreed to it, to the back of his thoughts. Lou looked at the paperwork and gave it a quick once over. Michael waited uncomfortably for what felt like hours, before Lou peered up at him. She beamed at him and then said, "So this is just what you want upfront for flat and the deposit and each month? What's the likelihood that the landlord would be more than willing to carry on renting it out to me after 12 months? I don't want to keep moving around and would be nice to keep my feet grounded." Michael become even more attracted to her. She was a humble homely girl. Michael had always wanted what his parents had had. A warm, loving home, filled with laughter and the sense of security. Michael reassured her that as long as the payments are made in full and on time, the landlord would happily extend the contract. Lou became quite overwhelmed and giggly. Michael stared at her and just felt his chest (and c**k) burst. There was something about Lou. Michael hadn't seen it before in any of the girl's he had previously dated. "I apologise Michael. I'm just a little excited. This will be my first very own home. I know i won't own it but it will be something I can actually call my own," Lou became emotional at the thought of the idea of having her own place, her own things, her own safe place. She was the first one to admit her past had f****d her up a little but she was determined to not let that stop her. She looked over at Michael. "Oh god bet he thinks I'm a right f*****g fruit loop!" She thought to herself. Michael chuckled to himself. "I've never seen anyone get excited like this before. You are certainly one in a million.... Lou Lou" Michael teased her. The hairs on the back of Lou's neck stood on end. The way he almost whispered Lou Lou and fixed his eyes on hers, got her body feeling strange and a sensual twinge coming from her womanly parts. Lou matched Michael's stare and without even blinking asked him, "What did you just call me?"
"Lou Lou... It's a cute nickname. I quite like it. Suits you." Michael replied. The tension between the two was like watching sparks of electricity flying all over the place. Lou broke her gaze and looked down at the paper work. She started fiddling around with it trying not to meet Michael's eyes again. "I guess I should sign these then..." She said raising her eyebrows. Michael took a pen from his briefcase and handed it over to Lou. As she thanked him and went to take the pen from his hand, Michael slide his hand down so it was positioned on top of Lou's. And there is was again, that spark of electricity and once again they had met each others gaze.
"I don't usually do this Lou and it's against every rule my company set's out. I don't want you to think I'm inappropriate or just after one thing because I'm not. Please don't freak out or think any less of me, but, would you mind at all if i took you out for a drink either after we've finished here or whenever suits you best... or never if that's what you prefer." Michael spluttered out. Lou moved her hand away from Michael's but didn't break their eye contact. Michael instantly regretted what he had just revealed to Lou. Why was he such an i***t?! A girl like Lou would never look twice at a man like him. He was punching well and truly above his weight. Michael looks to the floor and gets ready for the rejection. Nothing happens. Nothing is said. Just silence. Michael looks up to Lou flashing that gorgeous smile, showing him how perfect her teeth are. Michael looks a little confused.
"Michael! Are you asking me out on a date?" Lou flirted. Michael was lost for words. He had spent the last few minutes gearing up for the biggest rejection of his life so far. He didn't get it. Did that mean she wanted to date him? Lou realised she had left Michael in the dark. She let out a big sigh and put her hands on her hips in a playful manner. "Of course I would love to grab a drink with you." Michael just wanted to jump on the table and celebrate. He wanted to run outside and shout 'YESSS' from the top of his lungs. But he didn't, because he didn't want to scare Lou away. He tried to act cool and calm and replied, "Great. So are you free after here or shall we reschedule for another evening?" He wanted her to go with him tonight just incase she came to her senses and realised she could do much better than him.
"Yeah tonight's fine with me. Will be nice to have some adult company."
