I was so grateful for the food Garcia left me as a welcome home gift, just what I needed since I was in no mood to cook. It was nice chicken and mushroom pie with some seasonal veg. I did however have to pick out each and every mushroom since I can’t stand them, but I think it was part of her plan to keep me busy.
