Annabelle had no time to think about Raven's death. Not that she would mourn her anyway. Raven had been a remorseless inhuman murderer. She found it impossible to not to feel like her end was entirely deserved. But the amount of allies Annabelle had was now down by one. And she was Mephisthopheles's next target. Annabelle could feel the souls of the mages within her who were holding back the torrent of souls weakening and fading away. Their ability to perceive themselves as individual people was rapidly vanishing. Annabelle didn't have much time.
