Viv: Sunlight drifted lazily through the curtains, dust motes catching gold in the quiet hum of dawn. I stirred slowly, warm and tucked into the crook of Knox’s arm, his chest rising and falling with the kind of deep, peaceful breaths I hadn’t seen from him in months.
