I lied to Darcy. I told him that I had to get home and study for an upcoming test in my class. After the crazy day I needed time to sit and think. When I got home I called Quinn to get all the information on Riley and Liam. She told me they were knocked out cold for about thirty minutes but they were able to get them awake. They were keeping a close eye on them to make sure they didn't need to go to the hospital.
I asked the one question I was dreading to know her opinion on, "Do you think Darcy is at fault? I mean do you think he did it on purpose?"
"Rowan, no. I don't think that at all. Neither does anyone else."
