She makes me melt

Chapter 3

Smith arranged some bodyguards to monitor Vani and Vignesh. Their appearance were massive, who were more than 6ft in height and also physically gigantic.

So Vignesh didn't show his mischievous activities to them. Vani sat firmly and her mind was full of rage.

The bodyguard untied them and allowed to eat and to go to washroom. She didn't even touch the food but Vignesh started to eat. Meanwhile, he noticed that Vani was sitting without having food.

"Why don’t you eat Vani?" he asked her.

"Don’t you have any sense? They kidn*pped us and gave the food. Don’t you feel ashamed to touch it?”, she replied angrily.

"For me, Food is first. Others are next" he explained his opinion and continued eating.

One of the bodyguards compelled her to eat but she strictly refused to touch it. After having his food, Vignesh yawned for sleep.

He asked for bed to one of the bodyguards and he lost his temper and hit on Vignesh’s head forcefully. Vignesh shouted aloud due to pain and then started to sleep quietly.

Simultaneously, Smith's mind was fully occupied with his project. He decided to start the project quickly as much as he could.

He phoned Mugen and he attended Smith’s call immediately, "yes sir..”

"Have you met the people who are involved in the protest?" Smith asked.

"Yes sir, But they have an idea to go for the next level. Reporter Vani has decided to get the signatures of all that villagers and to send the petition to the Chief Minister.", Mugen replied.

 "No more worries about her… Other than Vani, collect the details of the people who are involved in this protest fiercely and watch them closer." Smith ordered Mugen and rushed to the place where he decided to start the project.

There, arrangements were going on for the upcoming inauguration ceremony. One more month left for the function and inauguration had been planned to be headed by Chief Minister.

 But all the plans prepared by Smith were fired out by Vani. He could accept the loss of money that he had spent for this project.

But he couldn’t tolerate the humiliation infront of her.

Eventhough the work could be stopped and be restarted as per the actual plan of this project, Smith didn’t like it. Because, it could be indicated that Vani won over him. He thought that, being defeated by Vani was something more than losing his life.

Yes that 'Ego' insisted him to do anything for this project and he decided to finish it at any cost.

Smith entered the working site and all the labourers assembled infront him and greeted their boss "Good afternoon sir".

He accepted that by nodding his head and said, “Well… You may be confused with the things happening around, whether the function will be carried further or dropped out.  Definitely the inauguration function will be held as per the schedule. So you carry on".

After that he put a glance over there, made some corrections and returned to his guest house.

When he entered, one of his bodyguards complained him, "Sir Vani is stubborn and refusing to eat”. Without saying a word,

Smith went into his room with a stern look at her. Vignesh also woke up due to the noise he heard. He looked at Smith’s locked room and turned towards Vani, 

"Eat some food Vani.", he compelled her as a good friend.

"If I feel hungry, I’ll eat. You mind your own business”, replied with a harsh tone. Vignesh knew that it was not her nature. He was oblivious about the actual reason behind her rude behaviour and miscalculated that she was upset because of k********g.

At the same time After having a bath, Smith came out with an arm cut and shorts. After seeing this, Vignesh’s jaw dropped. "Vani, this man entered here with an appearance of a terror Police officer. Now he looks like a Hollywood romantic hero". 

Vani looked at Vignesh with irritability and turned her face otherside.

“You are doing too much Vani… Not You are only captivated, Me too.. You are making faces for whatever I ask… Nonsense…” while angered Vignesh was scolding,

Smith placed the chair in front of them and sat on it with a deep gaze at Vani who was looking at somewhere.

The bodyguard offered him juice and burger. His mouth started to taste the food, while his eyes were scanning her from head to toe. That dusky skinned girl was in kurti, tied a messy bun hair, wearing black framed glasses on her eyes. A small black bindi was placed on her forehead, wearing a small stud on ears, and had worn a wrist watch and a simple chain on her neck.

She hadn’t applied any makeups but she was dressed up in a neat way for a video coverage. She hadn’t needed more cosmetics as she already owed a clear skinned face.

Smith guessed that she might have applied something when she worked only in studio. But he knew that it was not necessary as she had to wander everywhere to collect the News.  Her eyes expressed thousands of messages to him.

She had a sharp nose, soft and chubby cheeks which enhanced her beauty. Finally, his scanning rested on her cherry lips which tempted him to taste it.

Vani didn’t notice his activities as she was lost in thoughts. But Vignesh found it and thought, "Oh my god!!! His look is seductive ...".

Smith ran his eyes over her body while eating burger. She was not so soft. But she was an elegant beauty.

Vani's consciousness insisted that someone was scanning her. She looked up and found that Smith was looking below her neck. She crossed her hands hiding her chest and murmured "Rogue..".

Smith took a deeper look and finished eating with a taunting smile.

"I thought him as a gentleman but he is staring this normal girl instead of the colourful girls in his nation", Vignesh mumbled.

Smith finished the burger and gestured his guards while drinking the juice.

The guard offered her a burger. She looked at him and strictly said "I don’t want". 

"Why??" Smith asked with his bold voice. She looked at his hazel eyes and answered "I am not hungry".

"Oh, why?" he moved his chair very closer to her, lowered his head and clasped his both hands and gazed at her.

She was suffocated and moved back. She couldn’t even open her mouth to speak and felt his presence uneasy. She took deep breath, retrieved her guts and answered, "I am not hungry and I don’t know the reason.”

“You must eat it", he uttered in serious tone.

This made her annoyed and replied in a strong voice, “Never..!! Do what you can…”

"Do you think that I can't do anything?" he asked sarcastically.

"You will go overboard to hit me. What can you do furthermore??? I won’t eat despite my death”

"Sure????” asked by curving his eyebrows.

"Sure..!!" she said with courage.  Meanwhile Vignesh was enjoying their argument and thought “Wow… they sound so cool” In contrary of her thoughts, Smith grasped her jaws with one hand and tangled his lips with hers. Her eyes were popping wider with this sudden kiss. She tried to push him away but she couldn’t even move his strong and fit body a bit. All the guards lowered their heads with a secret smile.

Vignesh was shocked and was about to stand to rescue his friend saying “Why the hell you kissed her???” But for his misfortune, he was rounded up with guards and was tied with the chair. He was helpless and devastated with whatever happened to Vani. “Leave her….”, shouted in a disgraceful voice. But guards plastered his mouth. He was unable to speak up. Vani was suffocated with his long deep kiss as she was still in his clutch. She was embarrassed to be an exhibit infront of everyone but she was unable to move him aside a bit even. When she gave her attempts up, He slowly released her with an engulfing look. She stared at him enragedly and looked around everyone’s sheepish faces ashamedly.   She felt like to hide beneath the earth. Vignesh was looking at her apologetically. She peered him in a despondent look and turned to Smith. The latter asked,

"Will you eat now or not??”

"No...”, she opposed. Smith bent towards her and pouted his lips and said, “OK then I will also….”  Vani who was unbearable his kiss anymore, suddenly put her hand on his mouth and agreed, “I’ll eat..” Next second She started to eat the burger which was given by guards. Once she finished, He focused on her lips and said, “I might have missed this chance if you had eaten before..”

 Only her infuriated eyes replied him…
