Four years later
Ryker
We had our last graduation. Thank God. We relived our parents to see us achieve it. While I attended school, I also trained to become a paramedic while Val studied to become a cardiac nurse. It was rough, but we made our relationship work.
After everyone received their degrees, we met with our parents and Grandparents. As we talked, Ryanne screamed.
“Ry?” I asked.
“Oh, God. My water broke,” Ryanne said.
“Someone get Zander and tell him his wife is in labor!” Dad snapped.
“On it,” Ryder said.
Did I forget to mention that Ryanne and Zander got married and are expecting their first child? That was an oopsie. During our last year, they got a little crazy. Ryanne ended up pregnant, then eloped before Dad killed them. Yeah, their news didn’t thrill Dad.
