And see the town we did, he took me to see the Eiffel Tower, having it lit up was beautiful compared to seeing it at daylight, we went the Louvre museum where the art work was amazing, the vampire section was amazing we couldn’t see the human part of the museum due to the security and the lasers, they did because the have had our kind steal them for money. Which I understand I wouldn’t trust our kind either, after the museum we started to head back to the hotel to make sure everything was ready to go, Sorbin already headed back to the jet to make sure it was fueled and ready to go, and the package my father in law wanted was secured. I still don’t know what the package was but I don’t know if I wanted to know, we had to stop and get a few snacks that I was craving. The car came to pick us up and we were on our way to the airport.

            It will take us about four hours to get to the castle two hours of flying and two hours of driving, princess what are you thinking?

            Well your father and stepmother like me?

            Of course Princess you are mine and they will love whatever I love.

            But are you sure?

            Of course, trust me.

            I do Drake, you have done doing but prove to me how much you love me and will do anything for me, I’m just scared of starting a new life.

            Understandable princess.

We got to the Jet and Sorbin was there talking to another vampire, I had a funny feeling about him I could tell there was something off about him.

            “Can’t things be normal once in a while?”

            “Princess what’s wrong?”

            “Drake do you trust me?”

            “Of course.”

            “That guy that Sorbin is talking to feels off like something bad is going to happened and we are the center of attention.”

            “Your right his aura is black.”

            Drake get Nikki and yourself out of here now, this guy will kill you both if you come any closer he just wants the package and our plane.

            Let him have it I can get father to send us another jet.

            But….

            Sorbin we can start over we can get new clothes and belongings just let him have what he wants.

            Yes sire.

The car backed up until we were out of sight we could still see what was going on, the guy got on the jet but he wasn’t alone he had three or four other guys with him, Sorbin was about to walk away when one of the guys grabbed him and pushed him on to the plane. Drake was on the phone with his father about what was going on, I heard him say he couldn’t get us another jet for another couple of days, by then it will be too late for Sorbin. I remember back when I first turned Drake told me we could fly, I wonder if it will help us now in the long run, we only have six hours before the sun rises. Drake was still on the phone with his father when I got out of the car and ran back into town, it took me ten minutes to run back into town when I got there I ran into Rafel.

            “Nikki what are you doing here, where is Drake is everything alright?”

            “No Rafel, our friend Sorbin just got taken hostage on our jet, it has everything on it including the package that Drake’s father wanted, we won’t get another one for a few days, I’m scared that if we don’t act now Sorbin is going to die. Drake told me when I first turned that we could fly and I was thinking maybe we could out number them and take over the plane to get Sorbin back I don’t care about my belongings only for Drake’s friend. Help.”

            “It’s a suicide mission, but it may not be I know some vampires that can help, I’ll be right babe.”

At this point Drake was trying to get me to answer him, but I had him blocked I know I shouldn’t and he was only worried about me but I had to do this. Rafel came back within twenty minutes with ten more vampires they were all older than me and Drake but they were powerful, I could tell by the energy I was absorbing from them.

            “This one is powerful, is she not?”

            “Very I can feel all the energy she is taking from us.”

            “I’m sorry I don’t know how to control it.”

            “Your still young, do you have a mate?”

            “Yes, I left him to come find help.”

            “He is your control.”

            “Rafel told us what needs to be done, we are willing to help so let’s go.”

            “Uh one more thing before we go, how do you fly, do I turn into a bat, flap my arms?”

            “Oh silly girl, just think what you want and it will happen.”

So I thought about flying and getting back to Drake and before I knew it I was in the sky, and the vampires were following me, Drake was pacing in front of the car when I landed in front of him and the others followed.

            “The Jet left ten minutes ago.”

            “We can do this they showed me how to fly, we are going to catch them and save Sorbin.”

            “Princess that is a suicide mission.”

            “As what I told her but you went on a suicide mission for us when our young got taken by hunters let us return the favor to you.”

            “Besides we have a secret weapon, she just needs to control her powers that is what you are for, dear prince.”

            “How can I help control her powers?”

            “Just by being by her side she will know when to use them.”

            “Lets go.”

I did what was told and thought what I wanted to do, Drake and I led the way in the direction of the jet. We had to be quiet if we wanted to take over the cockpit, once inside we accessed where everybody was found three of the men sitting in the cockpit and the fourth was in the room with Sorbin, we had to take out the three in the cockpit, the plan was to hurt them to the point where they can’t get back on the jet and if that meant killing them then that is what I’ll do, six of us went to the c**k pit, and the other seven went to the room Sorbin was at. The guys didn’t want me to help at all they wanted me to stay away where it was safer, but every time someone got close to me I absorbed their energy. I was building up so much energy I was glowing the jet was shaking more so than usual, Sorbin was free and grabbed a hand Drake grabbed my other hand and the doors were opened everybody was either holding on to each other or holding hands with us, I remember the energy exploding off of me and the four hijackers disappearing into the night sky, and then it all went black.
