Monday came and Eric met Claire in school. Claire was putting some books into her locker while taking some out and putting inside her bag.
"Claire" Eric called out to her as he went to meet her.
Claire turned towards his direction and saw him standing right behind her.
"Hi" said Claire.
"How was the weekend? Hope my sister isn't being annoying at work?" Asked Eric.
Claire smiled and said "I'm fine. How's your mom?"
"She's fine too" Eric said "And thanks again for saving my mom's life"
"Ohh godd... we've been over this" said Claire "I think it was a crazy coincidence that I was there. Maybe the universe is trying to repay you for what you did for my mom"
They started walking to class together.
"I literally had to beg her not to leave the house alone before coming to school" said Er
