I'm not someone to ever give up. I don't lose and when I do I come back ten times stronger.
“Sir what's your next move?” jane asked me, curiosity filling her heart and mind.
I smiled. I turned to face her and truly I was right she seemed eager to know my next move.
“Oh Jane, sweet innocent Jane. You are too naive for this wicked world. Everything is going according to plan, everything is working to my favour but something still feels off” I replied to her, still smiling as I took a seat.
“But she trusts you now, doesn't she? Isn't that what you wanted?” She asked me, determined to get a response.
She was always a curious type, oblivious to my plans but she was important to me nevertheless.
“She does, that's good but that's not all I want , I'm going to mould her into someone great, someone powerful, she'll become a masterpiece, my masterpiece..”
“Then what?” she asked curious as always, wanting answers.
“Then? then I can finally take my revenge on Tyler James. Do you know how long I've wanted this? And finally I'm about to get it after such a long time, do you know how that makes me feel?” I asked her, at this point I was already mad with rage as I recalled my past.
“The truth is that Juliet thinks she's the queen, she thinks she's won it all. She currently thinks she's taken everything she's wanted. She thinks she has it all under control but the truth is I am the king, I am the master player. I have the ultimate move, the ultimate player that can change the whole game”
“What's that?” Jane asked this time I could see the enthusiasm in her. I stared at her with a smile growing on my face.
“What's that? Well the key player in this game of chess. The player who would change the whole game is living right here with my she stays in this house with me” I replied to her, feeding her curiously at least to an extent.
“Wait is it Ava? She asked even more curious than before.
“Yes. Ava is the card that'll change the whole game. She's the element that'll ruin both Tyler and Juliet. I'll groom her, make her perfect, an unstoppable force of nature that cannot be stopped”
“I had planned this for so long and thanks to Juliet I finally got her, she's the one who will take Tyler down and ruin him, something I can't do without completely breaking” I said to her.
Boom. A crash, interrupting our conversation. Was someone awake? I thought. Was someone eavesdropping on our conversation? Was it Ava?
I immediately walked out of my room and began looking for the source of the crash. I walked quickly hoping to find the source of the noise.
The lights of my study was turned on but I always turned it off before leaving. I walked in, shocked seeing Ava in my desk.
I quickly rushed to her, quickly grabbing the picture she held in her hands”
“Dont touch my stuffs!! Get out!! Go to your room!!” I yelled, pointing to the door. My eyes were blood red not from anger but from fear.
I watched her walk away, questioning everything about me. I'm sure she had a lot of questions in her mind, a lot of thoughts must have been running through her mind, but I couldn't care about that now?
She saw it all, she saw my secrets. I can't let her know. What should I do? My secrets must be kept hidden.
I can't let her figure it out? No I can't, my secrets must never be discovered by her. Never.
