Sara, Leo, and Ryan ate pizza and talked. Ryan shared embarrassing stories about Leo that had Sara laughing. Leo just sat there looking like he was going to kill his cousin.
“And then there was the time that he went skinny dipping in the lake and his sister’s friend caught him,” Ryan said.
Leo groaned. “Oh, my God. Do not tell that story.”
“Now you have to tell me,” Sara said, laughing.
Leo leaned over and covered her ears. “Nope. You don’t need to hear it.”
Sara laughed and struggled to her away from him. Ryan watched them and laughed.
“He had the biggest crush on Andie’s friend,” Ryan said.
Leo glared at him. “Do you want to find another place to sleep tonight?”
Ryan shrugged. “Wouldn’t be the first time. They always need people at the fire station.”
