Leo walked into the business meeting the following Monday wondering what happened to the last week. He heard from Sara once over the weekend, but he hadn’t seen her since she texted him a week earlier. The shitty part was he’d barely noticed with all the work he’d been doing with Dillon. “You’re going to run the meeting today,” Dillon said when he joined Leo. They were the only ones there, a demand Dillon put on Leo. Leaders should always show up before everyone else. Make sure there’s coffee and breakfast ready to go so everyone can concentrate on the meeting instead of worrying about where their food is and how hungry they are.
