It was the end of Sara’s second week of work when Megan knew she was ready to experiment. Sara was asking more and more questions about the glass they made and how it was done. Megan knew the best way for Sara to sell the pieces was to experience it herself.
“Adam is going to cover the store for a few hours,” Megan said, walking into her showroom.
She’d always loved her showroom, but in just over a week, Sara had changed things to where it was a place that everyone loved. Megan had already seen the increase in revenue, and it was all thanks to Sara’s ideas and changes to the layout.
“Um, okay. But I’m not done yet. Is there something wrong with my work? I can change it all back,” Sara said, her voice full of panic and her eyes darting around the room.
