I felt a tug in my deep sleep state, and I ignored it, then it turned to a very aggressive shove, shaking me awake
“Dad, we are going to be late for school”, a very annoyed Zara groaned in my ear, I sat up, and looked at my watch
“sh*t”, I hissed; Zara shot me a look for swearing, “you didn’t hear that”, I said feeling guilty
“Yes I did, now hurry up”, she boomed stomping her foot before leaving the room, I turned to Olivia and gently shook her
“Babe, wake up, it’s seven O’clock”, I whispered in her ear
“What?” She shrieked jumping out of the bed frantically looking for her slippers and gown, “why didn’t you wake me?”
“I was asleep too; Zara just woke me up”, I said putting on my slippers as well
“We are so late”, she said rushing out of the room, we both got to the kitc
