After that day when Eleo had been a total sweetie, there were no jobs and we had a lot of time at Jason's place to ourselves. I was lounging by the poolside, enjoying the refreshing water and some time to unwind. I couldn't help but chuckle at how peaceful it was, especially when Eleo was around. Just then, my phone buzzed, snapping me out of my daydream.
It was Lyron. "Hey, Zara! Is Eleo with you at Jason's penthouse?" he asked, his voice sounding a little anxious.
"Yeah, he's here! Just finished splashing around in the pool, actually. You can come over anytime. How's it going on your end?" I replied, making sure to keep things lighthearted.
He sighed, "Well, my heat is finally over, so I thought I'd pick Eleo up. I can't thank you enough for taking care of him again."
