I threw a vase to the ground towards my new agent. She shuddered in fear.
"This won't do, you know. I'm the one who broke the news to you so why are you taking it out on the new girl?" Steve sighed.
"I'm the one to decide who I take out my anger on," I retorted.
"And this is the reason nobody wants to work for you," he sighed before taking a seat. "You may go, Emma," he dismissed her. Looking at me with a trembling body, she bowed her head before excusing herself.
"Well, I never asked them to work for me either," I snapped.
"Then why are you so bothered by the fact that Lyron left? Shouldn't you be relieved that he quit? I thought that was your original plan, what made it change?" Though his face showed no sign of slight, I knew how he truly felt
