FIVE YEARS LATER

-LIZA-

I awkwardly step aside when I felt the girl beside me boldly pressing her front to me. I'm on the queue to pay for our monthly grocery supplies.

I heard that she cleared her throat but I act as if I didn't notice that.

"Hey hot stuff?"

She groaned and used her index finger to hold my chin and made me face her.

I gulped.

"Y-yes?"

She smirked.

"Now you noticed." She seductively stated.

I scratched my nape awkwardly.

"I'm sorry, I'm just thinking if I missed something." I pointed to my cart.

But the girl didn't bother to removed her eyes off of me.

"I'm Athena." She extended her hand for a hand shake and it's rude if I'm not going to take it right?

"Nice to meet you." I courteously answered and about to pull my hand but she gripped it tightly.

"You didn't say your name Ms." She pouted.

I stiffened when I felt arms wrapped from my behind.

"Actually its Mrs." Jane coldly answered on my behalf.

Yup, of course its my wife.

The girl in front of me embarrassingly let go of my hand.

"Oh! I'm sorry." She didn't wait for our response and strode away from us.

Jane pulled away and walk beside me without uttering any words. Our Laila is still at school, we plan to fetch her after this.

I can't stand the silence so I hold Jane's waist pulling her to my body closer.

"Love..."

"It's okay baby, it's not your fault that you're a walking snack." She almost mumbled but enough for me to hear.

I don't know if I'll laugh or terrified by that comment. So I kissed her temple instead.

"Don't worry you're the only one who can eat me." I whispered to her ear.

She rolled her eyes but giggle afterwards.

"As it should be."

I smiled back lovingly to my wife.

Who would've thought that at the end of the day we will end up together? The moment Jane got married to Tim, I already accepted my defeat but yeah, sometimes life and timing have its own ways.

I stopped walking when I bumped to the love of my life. I didn't noticed that she stop walking.

She wrapped her arms around my nape. Yup, we're in the middle of the road. What a view, right?

"What were you thinking, baby?" She asks concernedly.

"You." I answered without holding back and it made her blush instantly.

She playfully smacked my shoulder then cling to my right arm.

"For the nth time, it's not your fault that people flirting with you, Liz. Stop flattering me just to be forgiven." She stated avoiding eye contact.

I thought since Jane and I grew up together that I already know everything about her, even the subtlest things, but no, until now I discover new things about my wife and I'm so into it. Jane grew up confident, I'm sure of that, who wouldn't if you're so effortlessly gorgeous like her but when we became official I discovered how shy and timid girl she is when it comes to affection. She rarely initiate it and if I did it first she tend to back out. Well maybe because she grew up in a family lacking of it too, I'm just so happy that now she somewhat overcome that. I'll not be tagged as clingy Liza if she'll not get used to my affection.

"But I'm always flattering you, babe." I countered and she pouted.

I chuckled.

When we're already inside our car I faced her.

"What?" She asked in confusion.

"I really want to kiss you so bad." I admitted.

Again, blush coated her smooth cheeks.

"You're so hot when you claimed me in front of that girl, baby. Where did you learn that?" I added to teased her while wiggling my brows.

"Shut it, I'm just protecting what's mine. You're mine Liz." She stated seriously.

God, how I love hearing her say those things.

"Come here." I spread my arms to welcome her for a hug. She rolled her eyes first before obliging. She's not Jane if she's not rolling her eyes, that's a rule.

We sighed in content.

I kissed her forehead then cupped her face.

"I love you so much." I stated lovingly.

She smiled warmly at me.

"I love you too so much, baby."

I leaned and captured her lips. I can't count how many kisses we already shared but I swear, I'll never get used to this feeling every time I kiss her.

I'm about to push my tongue inside Jane's mouth but she pulled away. I groaned.

She chuckled and patted my cheek.

"Our Laila? Remember?" She reminded me that we need to fetch our Laila first.

"Oh! Yeah, I'm sorry." I put Jane's seatbelt for her before putting my own but before I start the engine, Jane removed her seatbelt the pulled my face once again for a long pecked.

She pulled away but our faces are just inch away from each other.

"I'll make it up to you later, okay?" She mumbled in her husked voice.

I eagerly nodded.

She chuckled while shaking her head then goes back to her previous position putting back her seat belt.

I can't wait.

I gulped seeing my wife on our bed.

God! She's so gorgeous. I think I'm gonna cry.

She smiled at me the moment she noticed me and I smiled back. How I love to see that gummy smile of hers.

She extended her hand as if inviting me and who am I to decline right?

I seated on the edge of our bed but Jane pulled me, my back now leaning on the headboard of our Queen-size bed.

I stiffened when she sits on my lap, straddling me.

My hands automatically hold her waist while her hands on both of my shoulders.

"Hi." My ever confident wife shyly greeted me.

I chuckled before nuzzling her neck. Sniffing her.

She giggled.

I pulled away and look at her face.

"Hi." I responded smiling, she smiled as well.

She's caressing my cheeks.

"I love you." She lovingly stated. My heart already beating fast but after hearing it, it doubled. I hope I'm making sense.

"I love you too so much, Janey." I responded.

She leaned to pecked my lips and about to pull away but I didn't let her.

She chuckled on my mouth but responded to my kiss eventually.

We pulled away when we felt we're losing air. When I recovered I begin assaulting Jane's neck with light kisses causing her to giggle. That's music to my ears, she even tilt her head to give me more access. She then move her hands to my hair pulling me closer as she begins massaging my scalp gently. I really love it when she does that.

-JANE-

I gasped when I feel Liza bite my neck then suck onto it. A suppress moan escaped my lips. I felt that I'm already wet down there.

"Liz..." I breathed out.

"Yes baby?" She responded in a husked voice.

"I want you." I answered boldly.

"Good, cause I'm going to take you now." She answered with equal boldness.

And just like every made love since we got married. We made love in the presence of real love.
