Chapter 18
After dinner, we moved to the lounge room instead of the bedroom. The creamy risotto had left me feeling satisfied for a while.
“Before we settle in for a movie, do you want some more dance practise? Just twenty minutes or so? I found a video clip that might make it easier for you to see what to do,” Matt asked.
“Sure, I’m game if you are.”
Matt brought up the YouTube clip on the huge smart TV while I shoved the coffee table out of the way. “I know I’m a school teacher, so theoretically I should be able to teach you how to dance, but I don’t know the follow steps that well. I thought this might make more sense to you.”
I watched the couple on the screen demonstrate the basic move a couple of times. The visual really helped. I could see where I was supposed to be.
