Chapter 7.3

    Sumith was right in the center below the city, with the power of time and his powerful gravity he did very well in the task, but he almost had a heart attack when he saw Seth and Kraven breaking the ground and going down right next to him:

- Do you want to kill me from the heart, Seth?!

    The battle continued and it was not possible to see much, black clouds, strong winds and lightning crossed the sky below them and the sphere waited for Partus, which was descending slowly thanks to them, the Ragnahawk was very close and at his command she also helped to hold that concrete world, it was when he felt a very powerful presence right beside him, and a hand touched his shoulder:

- Come with me, Tantus. – said a strange man in blue and gold armor.

    Sumith was taken by the strange warrior, faster than the others could notice, and when he realized they were already over the mountains on the west coast of Pandemonius, he could feel the great power of Seth fighting on the other side, and he was astonished with the man in front of him:

- Who are you?

- I am Armus of Gaia, the god of protection.

- ... – The traveler felt overwhelming power emanating from him, superior to anything he had ever felt, as if he were a great god! – What you want?

- This is an exclusive story for Tantus's ears, are you ready to listen?

- Tantus?

- You, young man, are the vessel of Tantus, the great god, born in Darkan and strengthened by the will of Gaia. His spirit has been reborn in you, Sumith Maxlyeben.

    Armus revealed the entire unknown past of the world, and memories that were no longer remembered. A long time ago, when the world was young, two magnificent beings appeared, brought by a power greater than theirs, from another galaxy, these were the darkanians, Tantus and Delta, he was the bastard son of the great king, and she the greatest of arch sorcerers. At this same time the great goddess Gaia, from her own world, felt an immense power that she had never seen, the power that brought those who were born to exterminate races. Being born warriors and highly respectful of a planet, they never purposely aimed at the devastation of a world, their only will was battles, because it was their nature, and like any crisis that does not affect a world in itself they were never confronted by gods, because they only take sides when the balance of life, in general, is threatened, but Gaia, zealous and overly concerned with her world, took the darkanians' power as a threat, and in the noble intention of preventing danger she decided to intervene herself. Gaia traveled to that world, but first, to keep her strength and existence linked to her world and, consequently, balance, she divided her own essence into seven parts, Love, Lucidity, Sensibility, Mercy, Will, Intelligence and Patience, four of them remained in her world and only three were taken with her. Once on that small and new planet, compared to hers, the great goddess had the chance to extinguish the flame of the darkanians of the universe, but destiny finds incomprehensible ways to open paths and create life. Gaia fell madly in love with the unconscious Tantus, like love at first sight, and sharing her own life force with him and Delta, believing she was saving them, made them great gods like her. It was then that Gaia realized how wrong she was about them, because unlike the rest of their people, who ended up destroying their own world, Tantus and Delta only wanted peace, to honor the piety someone has given them... The union of darkanian power and gaian magical aptitude allowed them to generate a new singular force, elemental power, and so, alongside Gaia, they created life on that planet, privilegedly influenced by two worlds, this way the world of Tantus was born.

    Gaia spent so much time at Tantus that she had forgotten her own world. Blinded by the love she wanted to have, with beautiful golden hair, but slightly short, golden eyes and white skin like clouds, she wore a long white dress, at the same time respectful and sensual, like her curves, but despite her unique beauty, exotic and divine, Tantus always treated her with splendid warmth and education, which only fueled, not purposefully, the passion of mother-earth, as he had already given his love to Delta, and she would never be exchanged. Tantus and Delta had a son, Kairos, with the color of his mother's skin, eyes and hair, but the same physical size as his father, he inherited the spectacular strength of Tantus's royalty and Delta's unique arch talent, Kairos grew in love with Gaia, but he never had the courage to reveal it, fearing rejection, but one day, no longer able to see his beloved suffer for love, he uttered the words that would affect the destinies of both worlds:

- Gaia, my lady. – said Kairos. – You look for love in the wrong place.

- What are you saying dear Kairos? – said Gaia.

- My father treats you like every wonderful goddess should be treated, but he does not love you.

- What?

- Gaia, Tantus has only eyes and heart for Delta, my mother, and for her, he will never look in love at another.

    After these words that opened her eyes Gaia fell into depression, and her pure mind began to create a feeling that should never have existed for her: envy.

    To get revenge on Delta, who knew nothing, Gaia penetrated her mind and discovered Pulsar's mental block, which imprisoned her triple personality, because the great gods act by their own means, simply carrying out their will, and these achievements can take unlimited directions... Breaking this block she achieved what she wanted and destroyed the love of the darkanians, because Delta had the good, bad and omissive personalities. Soon the good and the bad came into conflict, destroying each other, leaving only the omissive, who was not interested in anything, not even Tantus, ending up disappearing and abandoning everything. This was the secret behind the three gems found at the top of Delta Mountain, two of them lifeless and only one, the omissive one, still faintly lit, and only when the three were out was the sign that the great goddess was gone forever. This was one of two reasons why Tantus decided to give his world one more chance, this was his last hope, in the future. The world was unbalanced, the great god inconsolable, and Gaia herself now felt the weight of guilt and regret, because Tantus's suffering was worse than rejection for her. The three essences of mother-earth, for all the negative force that grew on her, became dark, and Gaia herself buried them, so as not to harm the world any more and one day be able to destroy them, and it was at this time that her punishment came from her own planet. Arthus, the God of Justice, the eleventh and newborn in the pantheon, unable to forgive the impurity in Gaia's heart, condemned her to “Ice Punishment”, where the mother-earth should remain imprisoned until the day when her impurity was eradicated. Even though she was the creator and superior, Gaia accepted Arthus's judgment and returned to her world to fulfill it, but her dark essences remained in Tantus, buried for a day to awaken, but now she was no longer there to destroy them, and when this happened Tantus would be doomed. For many the mother-earth should be the perfectly incorruptible goddess, but unfortunately it was not so, and she thanked herself for the decision to separate her essences, because if she was complete when she fell into the darkness, who knows what she could have become... Kairos, for loving Gaia despite everything, also felt the weight of guilt, because he pulled the trigger of everything that happened. Tantus's son could have taken his father's place perfectly and protected it with the same dedication, but he came to consider himself unworthy, not even deserving to remain there in that world, so he took a part of the mother-earth's penalty for himself, choosing to be taken to her and imprisoned, but his sentence was shorter and he would be released before the great goddess, as predicted by Arthus himself. Shortly afterwards the great god left his world, but left the lords behind, to keep it in the hope of one day meeting his beloved again.

    After the story of Armus, Sumith understood much of what clouded his mind, what happened in the fight against Zeijadel, the strange memories he had now, he started to remember the face of Gaia, Kairos and Delta, which was identical to Iris, and then Yasmine... In fact Tantus was inside him, in his spirit, divine power was beginning to flood his body, and it was so much power that it could soon become too much for him, this was the reason why Alexander told him to abdicate his other powers, the great gods were returning.

- The first essence of Gaia was buried here, in Pandemonius, and is finally awakening. – said Armus.

- So do you need me? – Sumith.

- I cannot raise my hand against my sister, even only part of her, as she is the mother-earth.

- What is going on in Gaia?

- As here, the imbalance is affecting light and dark. That is why we must take the essences back, if they remain here they will soon become stronger and we will no longer be able to recover them, they will destroy this world and leave ours on the path to condemnation.

- So I will help you.

    It was at this moment that the god of protection quickly concentrated, then pronounced four words that the time traveler did not understand, as he spoke very quietly, and shortly after that, five lights went down beside Armus, there were five trolls, magnificent creatures.

- These are my servants, they will be in charge of finishing your work.

    Then Armus pulled his sledgehammer and hurled it at the ground with all his strength, the flash that the divine weapon created irritated everyone's vision, great cracks began to spread over a large area, the earth shook violently and a frightening dragon head appeared from the ground, and then five more! It was a huge six-headed dragon, bigger than a guardian! Black as night and eyes as red as flames.

- The first essence! – shouted Armus as he knelt down, seemed weak or pulled by some force, in fact his power was strangely inhibited by the essence of Gaia. – So I can not help you, I can not raise my hand, literally!

- You could have explained it better! – said Sumith before the scary dragon.

- I am sorry for this!

- Armus, why do you gods create all this? Why do you build and destroy, give and take?

- There was never a way to understand divine acts. Maybe this is what it means to be a God...

    The crashes of Seth's fight against Kraven reached that point, but now another colossal, and crucial, fight was about to begin. Sumith started by activating his hachimon, although he still showed little difficulty in using it fully, it was just a matter of time, he drew Maxlyeben and went on the attack, but against six heads it was extremely difficult to attack efficiently, he took some time surrounding the enemy and fleeing his flames, and when he found a breach for the attack he only proved the hardness of his scales, that not even his powerful weapon was able to penetrate, the danger was very great and very little time he had between one attack and another, the great dragon shuddered the earth and spread his flames across the sky, but the traveler noticed a part without scales, in the throats, and had a lot of work until he finally managed to piercing with his sword into one, tearing from top to bottom, but there was no blood , just a dark light, and suddenly the wound was healed!

- What?!

    It was an absurd capacity for regeneration, but again he managed to hit another of the heads, this time by leaking one eye, watching the same thing happen, and the doubt started to arise, how to overcome an enemy that overcame injuries like that? It was not impossible to achieve it, but it seemed to be of no use. It was time to appeal to the technique, he started with the powerful cut of light, with the power of time it was so spectacular that it completely severed two of the heads, making the earth tremble even more when they fell, and the top of a mountain at the back was also cut, what a force! But such was his surprise to see other heads being born in the place! Those that were cut remained fallen, but alive and writhing, they continued in combat and it was dangerous to approach, Armus was also astonished, not even he expected such power of the first essence, an enemy capable of resisting any attack. Now Sumith used his spells, but the dragon looked stronger than before:

- You need to defeat him quickly, or he will feed on whatever power he finds and get stronger and stronger! – shouted Armus warning the traveler.

    In fact, it was exactly what was going on. Sumith discharged all the elements on the dragon, air, holy, darkness, with gravity he simply hurled the immense enemy on the mountains, knocking down some and scaring even the great god, but the dragon always rose up angrier, and in one more attempt the traveler used the beasts flames creating, in the end, a monstrous snake that simply wrapped itself around the dragon, as if strangling him before it exploded, but of all the elements the fire had the least effect, predictable, and it was in a moment of low guard that Sumith was surprised by the immense flames, it was very powerful, even the traveler found himself in trouble being hit by it, he could have been his end, but he still had alternatives. The silver glow enveloped him, and the moment he would be hit the silver guardian appeared! Even Armus was impressed by the magnificence of Lieben's guardian, magnificent, less than the essence, but now it was dragon against dragon, the combat was terrible, the first exchange of flames exploded everywhere and the physical combat was even more impressive, Sumith dodged the heads efficiently, but the wounds he inflicted on the enemy were promptly recovered, until he himself was hit and felt his powerful scale is damaged, what a fight! And so a chase started towards the east, approaching dangerously close to Seth and Kraven who were fighting, the darkanians remained holding Partus, but Armus also mentioned that as with the darkanians, the lords were unable to see him and the essences of Gaia observing from Plane clearly, therefore, only Sumith could be observed, so he decided to turn around so as not to bring danger to his friend and not to be seen, but this time he headed south towards the Flame Archipelago, where, upon reaching the first island, he hit the enemy in full with his extreme elemental blast, the black dragon was pushed violently to the ground, being buried in the ground and causing an earthquake in place, as soon as the whole island exploded it would be wiped off the map, but this did not happen because the enemy managed to absorb all that absurd power! Unbelievable that that thing was capable of that, now the traveler was in bad shape, being hit by the flames of the dragon and falling on the island, resolving to return to human form and the power of time, it would be easier to avoid the attacks by being small, without a doubt, but what to do against that fearsome opponent? That was when he remembered the Ragnahawk, and calling on her continued to avoid the dragon until her arrival, the ship already approached firing the terrible energy cannons at the enemy, being similar to the golden power of the darkanians, a beautiful damage would be done, but for to his surprise the essence was absorbing that power again, and it was at this moment that Sumith had his best idea: if no damage was effective against that opponent, perhaps the only solution would be to let him "devour" his power and overwhelm him. Armus had noticed that too, but was still paralyzed on the coast of Pandemonius and could not warn Sumith before. Using the speed, the traveler took the dragon to char the whole place, and also fired his spells and the ship's cannons on the ground, to raise as much dust as possible and hide in it, it worked, the enemy was no longer seeing him , and it was at this moment that the Ragnahawk appeared from behind, literally holding the dragon, Sumith took advantage of the distraction to get closer, and what more protected place from the other heads than the mouth of one of them? The traveler simply put himself between the teeth of the central head, using gravity at full force he managed to avoid being chewed and still repress the flames that he tried to spit, exploding his throat, causing a momentary damage and despair, until he started to explode all his power of time, it was a lot of power and the dragon was in fact absorbing everything, but it still showed no signs of discomfort, even the whole strength of the traveler was still not enough, so he started firing the cannons of the ship, to help him, but even with all this it was still not enough! Hopes were waning, that is when the unthinkable happened, a golden glow began to emanate from where Sumith was, and it was spectacular, the great power generated there finally began to overwhelm the dragon, who in desperation tried to remove the traveler from his mouth, but the Ragnahawk, now holding his arms, made things more difficult, until the overload reached the expected, and it simply blew up the six heads at once! The crash was frightening, clearing clouds and stirring the waters, the dark light from before, which regenerated the wounds, began to fade and finally gave way to blood, black and disgusting, and the traveler was standing there, covered by the same golden aura as before, the power of Tantus, the first essence, was defeated.
