Chapter 35 Homeward Bound
Ashleigh's POV It's been hours of driving as I observe every little detail, out the window on my side... I'm almost in a trance watching as the immense amount of enormous trees passes by standing tall across this beautiful tremendous mass of land. It looks almost never-ending as I just enjoy and take in the beautiful scenery before me. It's that time of the year when the leaves have been changing colors then dropping to the ground, and are to the point of making the trees almost completely bare. Not all the trees will lose their leaves...But there are so many covering these lands that even without leaves, it would be hard to see through the trees. The grass isn't even green anymore but mostly a yellowish brown completely covering the almost endless-looking homelands. It's early after
