Chapter 29

"Dont forget vote Madison for the prom queen this year!" I shout as I stick my poster campaign on the wall.

"Hey bae, you being nominated as the prom queen but you dont have any dates. I'm the captain of basketball team now since Josh transferred. You wanna go with me?" Taylor smirks at me.

"I'll think about that." I smirk back at him.

"Come on, you're belong with me." Taylor is still smirks at me.

"Well, I guess I'll go with Kurt." I smirk at Taylor and take Kurt's hand as he walk passed us.

"Seriously? You wanna go with a gay?" Taylor frowns at me.

"I can go with anyone I want, baby." I smirk at Taylor and walk off while holding Kurt's elbow.

"He was teasing you to go to the prom with him?" Kurt asks me as we walk together.

"Yes and I dont want it. He is another jerk one." I sigh.

"But you cant go with me because I will go with Blaine." Kurt says to me.

"Who's Blaine?" I raise my eyebrows.

"The leader of The Warblers. Not the leader but he was the one who got the solo on last regionals. He is my boyfriend." Kurt grins at me.

"What? Oh no! I though he was straight and I was really want to go out with him." I gasp.

"You belong to Finn. He still save your photo frame on his side table and your name still on his wall with a love sign." Kurt smiles at me.

"Well, my locker is over there. Thanks for save my life." I chuckle at Kurt and walk off.

I dont know who should I take to the prom tomorrow. Finn is still save my picture in his room and Puck is still save my picture as his screenlock on his phone. Ugh maybe I should accept Taylor.

I keep walking in the hallways until I see Sam is busy with his locker and I guess I should go with him.

"Sam!" I'm standing next to his locker.

"What?" Sam raises his eyebrows.

"Go to the prom with me tomorrow, please." I grin.

"Remember that last valentine Finn and Puck cant stop give me death stare?"

"Please, I dont want to go with Taylor the school jerk. Please I'll do anything for you." I begged.

Sam sighs. "I cant handle your beautiful eyes. Alright this is last time. I hope that no one of them punch me this time."

"Never. They dont have any guts to do that as long as you're with me. I just hope that you wont ruin my chance to be prom queen." I grin.

"But if I ask Mercedes to dance with me there, dont mad at me." Sam says to me.

"Never. Dont worry." I said to him.

"Okay deal."

"You're the best, trouty mouth." I grin at Sam and walk off.

"Mad, would you go to the prom with me?" Finn stops my way.

"Sam already asked me. I'm sorry, Finn." I half-smiled at Finn and walk off.

Prom Night

I'm looking at myself in the mirror and everything is perfect. Now just waiting for Sam then go to the prom. I just wanna have fun tonight and make this as my good night.

Suddenly the door bell rings. I went out from my room and walk downstairs then open the door. Sam must be already wait for me.

"Wow, you're beautiful." Sam chuckles and give me the prom bracelet.

"Thank you. I like your style." I chuckle.

"Alright, come on." Sam takes my hand and walk lead me.

We then get into his car and he start drive away from my house to McKinley. Cant wait to see Finn and Puck tonight wearing their suits.

Ten minutes and we finally arrived in McKinley. Sam went out from his car so do I. I hold his elbow as we walk together to the McKinley's gymnasium to have prom night with the others.

"Wow such a full of crowded." Sam says.

"Sam, this is prom of course full of crowded." I roll my eyes.

"Haha you cant get into my humor sense." Sam laughs.

The music is still begin. I look around and everyone enjoying dancing. Quinn with Rachel, Mike with Tina, Santana with Karofsky, Kurt with Blaine, Brittany dancing with everyone until my eyes landed on Puck and Finn who dancing together.

Until the music is turn into a slow music and everyone get in pair and make a slow dance. This is quiet romantic I guess.

"Would you like to dance?" Sam asks me.

"Ask Mercedes, she is alone right now. I'm fine." I smile at Sam.

"You sure?"

I nod. "Yes, you are my date tonight but you can dance with anyone you want. Go ahead, Sam. I know you like her."

"Thank you so much. You're the best." Sam smiles at me and give me a hug.

"Thank you for always save my life." I chuckle.

"Alright." Sam says and walks off to Mercedes's table.

I look around and see Brittany is dancing alone so I come over to her and dance with her like the others.

"Hey, you're beautiful." Brittany smiles at me.

"You too, Britt." I smile back at her.

I guess it's better than have no date at all than having a prom dates because sometimes it sucks and I dont want it.

Mr. Schue told us that the guest star for prom tonight was supposed to be Air Supply but they cant come so New Directions have to perform something but I guess I dont want to.

The music finally ends up and I left Brittany's hand and stop dancing. I walk to the drink corner and take a glass of drink.

"You're beautiful." A familiar voice.

I turn my face and Finn smirks at me. "I like your suit." I smile at him.

"I saw you were dancing with Brittany and Sam were dancing with Mercedes. Doesnt he is your date tonight?" Finn raises his eyebrows.

"I let him dancing with Mercedes since I saw she was alone beside I know that they had feeling for each other."

"Then why you wanna go to the prom with him?"

"I asked him to avoid Taylor." I said to Finn.

"Taylor the new basketball captain?" Finn frowned.

"Yes, he is. He asked me but I dont want to go with him." I simply said.

"Good evening, McKinley!" A voice yelled over the microphone.

I turn my face and see Puck, Sam, and Artie are on the stage ready to sing something.

"You wanna dance with me?" Finn shows me his hand.

"Sure." I take his hand.

I'm sure that these guys will sing fun song and no romantic song so I want to dance with Finn.

They ended up their song but we still continue dancing because the upbeat music is still playing. This is cool and fun actually.

Suddenly Taylor interupts us and join dance with us. Until Finn realized that he is here with us so Finn pushes him away until he fall down to the ground.

"She is mine!" Finn glare at Taylor.

Taylor look upset and start fighting with Finn and I guess Finn also mad at him. I dont know how to stop them. I cant stop them until coach Sylvester come and stop them both.

"You out from this prom!!!" Coach Sylvester yells at Finn and Taylor and take their hands. "You too, Maddy!" Coach Sylvester glared at me.

Coach Sylvester takes Finn's and Taylor's hand then bring them out from the gymnasium. I just can keep my head down and walk out from the gymnasium.

"Mad, what happened?" Puck stops me.

I didnt say anything and turn my way and really went out from the gymnasium and prom. I just got kicked out from the prom and I lose my big chance to win the prom queen. Great.

I keep walking with my head down until tears fall down to my face. I was just wanna having fun but everything was ruin and I got nothing. I ruin my first prom and the entire school will laugh at me after this.

"Maddy, I-I'm so sorry. I dont mean to start a fight. I just dont like that guy." Finn stops my way.

I didnt say anything and turn my way with my head still down.

"Mad, please I'm sorry. Dont mad at me. I know that I made you lose your chance to be prom queen. Maddy please forgive me." Finn standing in front of me and hold my sleeve.

I dont answer him but crying and standing frozen with my head down. Until Finn touch my chin and make me facing him and show him that I'm crying.

"Dude, what happened?" Puck come over to us.

"We got kicked out from the prom because of me. Damn! I cant hold my anger!" Finn yells angrily.

I turn my face to head down. The one who kicked us out was coach Sylvester and I'm afraid that she will also bring my position into this later and I dont want it happen.

I just walking in the hallways and leave Finn and Puck until I went out from McKinley and find a cab. First prom and I got kick out from the prom. I better go home and lock myself in my room right now.

And the things is the one who made me kicked out was Finn and he was trying to protect me but the things he did was wrong and I dont like that. Oh God.
