I laughed.
"But, we have other things ahead of us and we need to solve them." She planted gentle kisses on my shoulder. "We'll see your mum someday. But for now, let's save the world so you might have the chance to look for her."
"You're right." I rose and headed to the window.
Pulling close the curtains, I sighed and skirted to the bar at the end of my room. "Would you like some wine?"
She placed a hand on her forehead and collapsed on the bed. "Yes please, after last night, I think I need a drink. You wore me out." She quickly shot up the bed and looked at me with wide eyes. "How could you f**k for three hours? Three hours Ian!"
I sent her a charming smile. "It's just three hours. After all, you cheated. How would you use the Aquarou or aq-"
