After doing a whole lot of nothing, having lunch, and talking to Daniel some more, I discovered that I didn’t black out if I didn’t sit or stand up too soon after using my Talent.
The door swished open and Dr Rowen bounced in. “Good afternoon, Miss Callista. How are you feeling?”
I’d be better if I wasn’t locked up in here. “I’m okay. The pain from my ribs is back, though.”
