After talking to Sia, I felt a bit better.
As I sat on the lounge trying to watch a HoloMovie, I started thinking about Daniel. Again. It was his fault I’d tripped, but he’d helped me afterward. I had to admit it probably wouldn’t have happened if I’d been looking where I was going instead of looking for the man in the shadows. It was partly my fault. And partly Malvolio’s, I added hotly.
Watching the movie was a waste of time. I couldn’t remember anything I’d just watched. I looked around the room as if something to do would appear out of nowhere.
It’s so boring here! And lonely... I’ve got to get out. Get some air... Get to the park... I wish I could call Javolo on the Vid and talk about how work is going. Something. Anything!
