Chapter 36The large sign said, “Tours departing daily for the West Rim. Ask us how you can save $90 per person.” Mac went up to the reception desk, inquiring about the manager. “He'll be back soon,” the woman answered with a smile. “Please have a seat.” She pointed to a leatherette couch and a coffee table with magazines. Mac pulled out one of the sightseeing company's brochures and reminisced about his days running tours on Kauai.
