Writing a goodbye letter to your sister was not something I ever saw myself doing. I don't know if it's just me, but I never thought that I would be leaving the kingdom in her hands or even someone else's. I didn't know if I should promise to return or tell her the truth that there was a great chance that I would not be returning home, because no matter how sure Raven sounded, neither of us really knew how far along the poison had moved and how much damage it had already done.
