News of a alpha dying in my territory is hard; whether we know them or not we feel the loss. This death was a lot hard because the village was so small. They do not have a huge support system. It felt important to go to them. We decided to stay with Thunder Moon Pack. They were the next village over. Normally we gave packs more of a notice we are coming to stay but considering the circumstances I felt it was important to go now. There was this weird feeling in my gut. There was something off about this death. A few of my men were traveling with me. We had to drive a couple miles from the airport to the village. The roads were windy. “What is the plan?” Liam asked me. “We will settle in with our hosts and then make our way to the other village.” I said. The car stopped outside the packhouse. There was a intense smell in the air. It was different than anything else I have ever smelled. I need to find where the smell was coming from! I started forgetting what I was doing here. The urge to figure out where the smell was coming from was overwhelming.
