The next morning, I called the Enforcers and told them what was happening and that I wanted to apply for a Restriction Order. The woman transferred me to another section that dealt specifically with Restriction Orders.
The operator explained how it would place restrictions on Malvolio so he couldn’t call me or come to the apartment. I could extend it further so that he was not allowed within fifty metres of me at any time. I wasted no time in organising it.
My mind was reeling with all the information she’d given me and the implications of having to put legal restrictions on a person that had said he loved me.
