Rylee and my mother arrived home smiling, both of them radiating happiness. Rylee headed to the kitchen and invited my mother to join her for dinner. The two of them were getting along so well. It was beautiful to see. We waited for my father to arrive, and once he did, we had dinner together. We talked a bit more before saying our goodbyes.
"Tomorrow is the big day. We can't have you two getting tired, can we? See you later, dear," my mother said, bidding farewell to Rylee before they both left.
