THE PRINCE’S HIDDEN BRIDE
(Episodes 21–30)
Episode 21 – The Crown’s Wrath
The court erupted in chaos. Ministers demanded answers, nobles whispered behind jeweled fans. The king’s voice thundered through the hall, “You disobeyed royal law, Adrian!”
Amara clutched her dress, trembling. Adrian stood firm. “I followed my heart. If that’s treason, then I accept the punishment.”
Elara smiled faintly, satisfied. “Then let the punishment begin.”
Guards stepped forward, but the king hesitated. His eyes softened at the sight of Amara’s fear. For the first time, he saw not rebellion — but love.
“Take them to the tower,” he ordered coldly, “until I decide their fate.”
That night, Amara wept in Adrian’s arms. “Was love truly worth this pain?”
He lifted her chin. “Yes. Because even here, I have you.”
Outside, thunder rolled. The storm was only beginning.
Episode 22 – Whispers in the Tower
The tower was dark, damp, and silent except for the rain tapping the window. Amara traced her fingers over the stone wall, whispering a prayer.
Adrian watched her quietly. “Do you regret marrying me?”
She turned, tears glistening. “Never. But I hate seeing you suffer because of me.”
He smiled faintly. “You are my freedom, Amara. Not my burden.”
That night, a faint sound came from the corridor — footsteps and a whisper: “Your Majesty… help is coming.”
Lady Myra appeared in disguise, carrying bread and a small key. “You have one chance to escape. Tonight.”
Amara’s heart raced. “What about you?”
“I’ll stay and distract them. Go — before dawn breaks.”
With a final hug, they slipped into the shadows, running toward an uncertain destiny.
Episode 23 – The Runaway Royals
They fled through the forest, wet leaves brushing their faces as lightning lit the sky. Adrian’s cloak tore on a branch, but he didn’t stop.
Amara stumbled. “Where are we going?”
“To the border,” he said, pulling her close. “Once we cross, we’re free.”
But freedom came with a price. Soldiers’ voices echoed behind them.
Adrian turned to face them, sword drawn. “Go, Amara! Run!”
“I won’t leave you!” she cried.
They fought together, desperation fueling their strength. When the last soldier fell, Amara dropped to her knees, exhausted.
He touched her cheek softly. “We’ll survive this. We always do.”
But deep in her chest, a new fear was growing — what if they never stopped running?
Episode 24 – Shelter of Strangers
They found refuge in a quiet village near the mountains. The people knew nothing of crowns or curses — only kindness.
Amara worked with the healer, tending to the sick, while Adrian helped rebuild homes.
For a while, they almost forgot the world they left behind.
One evening, a child tugged Amara’s sleeve. “Miss, are you a princess?”
Amara froze. Adrian looked at her across the fire, smiling softly. “She’s someone’s miracle.”
But their peace didn’t last. A hooded traveler arrived with grim news — “The king has fallen ill. The court blames the prince’s betrayal.”
Amara’s heart sank. The kingdom they fled was breaking apart without them.
Episode 25 – A Kingdom in Shadows
Adrian stared into the fire, haunted. “My father… he’s dying because of me.”
Amara took his hand. “No. He’s dying because the truth was hidden for too long.”
That night, he made a decision. “We must return.”
Amara’s eyes widened. “They’ll kill you.”
“Then I’ll face them with honor. I can’t let Elara destroy everything.”
Tears welled in her eyes, but she nodded. “Then we go together.”
As dawn broke, they set out toward the capital, unaware that Elara’s spies already rode to intercept them.
Sometimes love demanded not escape — but courage.
Episode 26 – Return to the Lion’s Den
The palace gates loomed like old ghosts. The guards’ spears lowered until Adrian raised his hand. “Tell them the prince has returned.”
Inside, whispers spread faster than fire.
Elara appeared in the throne room, her face pale with shock. “You dare return?”
“I came for my father,” Adrian said. “And for justice.”
The king, frail and coughing, looked up weakly. “My son… you’ve come back.”
Amara knelt beside him, her eyes kind. “Your Majesty, we never meant to defy you. We only wanted to love freely.”
The king’s fingers trembled over hers. “Then perhaps love is what this kingdom needs most.”
But Elara’s gaze burned — she wasn’t done yet.
Episode 27 – The Queen’s Deceit
That night, Elara met secretly with the council. “If he returns to power, he’ll undo us all,” she hissed.
Her advisor frowned. “The people adore him. You can’t fight love.”
“Then I’ll destroy what he loves,” Elara snapped.
By dawn, Amara was gone.
Adrian tore through the palace, shouting her name. Guards searched every hall, every courtyard.
Finally, a note appeared on his desk: “If you want her alive, abdicate the throne.”
His heart pounded. He would give up everything for her — even his crown.
Episode 28 – The Rescue
Disguised as a commoner, Adrian tracked Elara’s men to the cliffs. Amara was bound, her face streaked with tears, but her eyes were fierce.
“Elara thinks she’s won,” she whispered. “Don’t do it, Adrian.”
He smiled faintly. “I already have. I chose you.”
With a roar, he lunged at the guards. The fight was brutal but swift. Elara’s scream echoed as she fell from the rocks — her own trap turned against her.
Adrian untied Amara, his breath ragged. “It’s over.”
She touched his cheek. “No, love. It’s just beginning.”
Episode 29 – A Kingdom Restored
The people rejoiced when the prince and his bride returned. The king, weak but smiling, placed his crown in Adrian’s hands.
“Rule with mercy,” he whispered. “And never hide love again.”
Amara stood by her husband’s side as he was crowned before the kingdom. Cheers filled the air — The Hidden Bride was no longer hidden.
Tears streamed down Amara’s cheeks. “We made it, Adrian.”
He smiled softly. “Because we never stopped believing.”
Episode 30 – The Eternal Vow
Months later, the palace was reborn — gardens in bloom, laughter echoing through the halls.
Under the starlit sky, Adrian and Amara renewed their vows, surrounded by those who once doubted them.
He whispered, “For every tear you shed, I’ll give you joy. For every storm, I’ll give you peace.”
She smiled through happy tears. “And I’ll love you until the stars forget to shine.”
As fireworks burst over the palace, they kissed — not as prince and hidden bride, but as two souls who defied the world for love.
The story of The Prince’s Hidden Bride ended not with goodbye… but forever.
