Chapter 9As soon as we got back into the cab, I pulled out my tablet and accessed the list of names. Some of these I recognized. Not many, but a couple. One, in particular, stuck out. Chatha, as in Chatha Toys. I didn't know Chatha, but I had seen the advertisements. Who hadn't? It was one of the oddest creatures to come to Olinda. And it had revived the ancient custom of advertisements. That isn't to say that no one ever advertised their wares, but times had changed. Now most people had systems that could access all the relevant information on a product and recommend the best match. If I wanted a different brand of Torlian coffee, all I had to do was tell my system what I didn't like about the current brand, and it would come back with a more suitable match, assuming one existed.
