Aiden's pov

can't believe how amazing this day is going my best friend in the whole wide world has woken up,my parents are coming for my first shift which honestly I'm so nervous about." Aiden don't be nervous" "I'm trying not to be Austin" "honestly it will be fine I will lead us through it ok" my wolf Austin is only trying to calm my nerves but it is only working to some extent.After coming of the phone to my parents I head down the stairs to where everyone is gathered,upon entering I notice Ella's eyes are different "they have put contacts in her eyes" "Why would they do that though Austin" "all will reveal itself" honestly I'm fed up already of this wolf of mine speaking in riddles.we are all talking within ourselves when my parents arrive I embrace them both in a hug "mum,dad so glad you came" "of course son we would not of missed this for the world" my dad says,my mum looks like she is about to burst the flood barrier of her eyes "Aiden,these years have flown so fast my baby boy is becoming a man" "mum" I chuckle almost embarrassed, "Well she knows how to put on a show" Austin suddenly snaps "What's that supposed to mean? she is our mother" "she maybe our mother but that has not stopped her from stabbing people in the back including her own son" "What are you talking about wolf" "you will soon see Aiden" honestly this wolf is starting to get on my last nerves right now. while distracted with my parents and my wolf I eye Ella noticing she is looking at Bolton,oh god this not going to go very well at all,she marches over to bolton " and who might you be?" Ella says to Bolton,everyone in the room is suddenly quiet, " Ella he is just a friend" Ella's brother says quickly to her but she dismisses him quickly, Axel does not seem very happy about been spoken to like that which is rather hilarious seeing his face right now. " hello Ella,nice to finally meet you! my name is Bolton...Bolton Miller" we all hear Ella gasp loudly, quickly turning back to mum and dad so Ella can confront Bolton on her own, I wonder if she knows he is her mate " she will be able to smell him,but her wolf has not arrived yet so she may not know he is her actual mate" Austin must be right cause the way she is acting tells me he is right.after a while we all start and head down to the forest I am so nervous,I think Ella and everyone can sense my anxiety as Ella makes her way over to me "hey Aiden,you will be fine we are all here for you" Ella says while smiling at me kindly

"I know Ella thankyou" honestly I love this girl she has always been there for me,I could not of asked for a better person to be my best friend.my dad arrives at my side I see Ella and my dad smile at each,they told Ella earlier to stop calling them mr and Mrs woolen,her face did make me chuckle " Aiden,son,you have nothing to worry about,we are all here by your side for this ok" my dad tells me and honestly it helps alot "I know dad, thankyou" " I love you son" " I love you too dad" hearing that from my dad has relaxed me a lot,my mum comes and stands at my dad's side,we get to where we need to be in the woods,looking at my parents for encouragement noticing my mum has a guilty look on her face "you will soon know Aiden,like I said she is back stabber" "OK Austin,but right now it's time for us to work together and become one with each other" "let's do this Aiden,once we become more connected with each other the better" see when we first get our wolves we don't feel what they,or sense what the sense ,so once we shift our souls become one kind of like moulding together and its really magical "OK let's do this Austin" "you ready Aiden? this will hurt to start with this been the first shift but don't worry it will not hurt every time" "I'm as ready as I can be" as soon as I said that to Austin the pain starts,the snapping of bones,the stretching of limbs,fangs sprouting out of my mouth within minutes I am standing on all fours feelings the earth between my paws,looking up into the night sky towards the beautiful moon,I let out the most melodic wolf song to the moon.me and Austin are finally one and to what I can see we are the most beautiful dark grey with silver tips that look like they glisten in the moonlight,we are beautiful.not long after shift I start and feel uncomfortable and feel there is danger approaching us,soon as I thought it we are surrounded by 5 wolves,they are not rouges as there scent does not smell of rogues,they smell of my pack,s**t Ella,but she is just standing there listening to what they have to say me and Bolton look towards each other,then me and Axel share a look,Bolton and I jump in front of Ella,I was not listening to what has been said all I was bothered about was Ella,although it seems she was agree to go with them and the wolf who seems to look a lot like my uncle Mark who is the gamma turns it's head towards my mum like he is thanking her,what the hell did she do,quickly shifting back I'm stood in my naked glory,angrily turning t"mum! how could you?" "I'm sorry Aiden but I had no choice" "really!" "it was either you or her,you are my son" "that's no excuse,Austin wants to rip your throat out right now" I'm so angry as I watch Ella going willing with gamma mark,I look towards Bolton and see that Axel has shifted next to him,suddenly Austin is going crazy in my "What your problem now Austin?" " I know but where?" we start sniffing around when,finally I find out the source of the smell,when I look up my jaw drops.

Bolton's pov

When Ella came down those stairs,my beautiful mate was like a goddess,and her voice was like music to my ears and it had me in a trance,me and Dexter did not even notice that she had come over to us because we did not even hear what she said until we hear Axel say "Ella he is just a friend" "was I asking you Axel?" "no" "OK,I was asking him not you ok" I just see Axel nod his head in agreement with Ella,damn she is fiesty,Dexter is getting so excited over the fact she is very dominant he really likes is crazy wolf,while in thoughts of my own I did not notice Ella looking at me.clearing my throat " hello Ella,nice to finally meet you.my name is Bolton....Bolton Miller" I hear her gasp out loud,that's it she is going to reject us when she finds out that we are mates,we need to prove to her we are not like Jen. Ella's pov

when I woke from what little sleep I had,it was cold,wet and it stinks,I hear a door open from far away,sitting and listening as closely as I could i hear footsteps getting louder.quickly laying back down to pretend to be asleep,really can not be bothered with these kind of wolves who are just out to slaughter.gamma Mark seemed OK,but for some reason I felt some kind of pull to him,the footsteps stop in front of my cell "I know your not asleep you filthy mutt" a deep gruff voice filled with authority spoke,but I do not move a muscle,I listen to his heartbeat and it sounds faster than a normal wolves,and there is this smell,it's not a nice smell but not a rogue smell either as rouges smell of rotten eggs,no this one smells like he has been raiding his way through a garbage bin."Well either way mutt listen to me,tonight you will be getting sacrificed to the moon goddess!" still I lay there not moving a muscle. "fine have it your way,but will not be getting fed" I wonder why he is wanting to sacrifice me to the moon goddess,after his footsteps retreat away from my cell I open my eyes and sit up,what did I ever do to any of these people,I have always been myself. "don't worry,you have always been true to yourself" looking around wondering where the voice came from,I was not scared,if anything the voice soothed me.i recognised the voice though but where from! then I remembered, "your my wolf,aren't you?" "my name is willow" "What a pretty name" "wait till you see what we look like girl" I chuckle to myself because of how cheeky and confidant she is.time passes by very slowly,I don't even know what the time is until I hear the door open again and foot steps start coming towards me again.this time though willow starts to get excited "he smells heavenly" "who?" "our mate" "he is here? why can I not smell him" "because this place is blocking your senses'' next thing I know Bolton is standing in front of my cell "how are you doing Ella?" "Well you know,this hotel is amazing,I have a TV a comfy bed food in my belly and WiFi" "you have not been fed?" "the man who came to see me said I was not to be fed" I stand up and walk towards Bolton,I put my hands on the bars and I see his face cringe but then it turns into shock " Ella?" "yep" "how are you holding onto the bars" "I don't understand what you mean?" "how are you holding the bars in your hand?" "Well it's pretty simple,you put your hands on the bars and your fingers wrap around them" I tell him in the most sarcastic way I could "that's not what I mean,these bars are covered in wolfsbane and silver" "Oh...ok,well you see I just got my wolf this morning and" "wait you got your wolf?" "Yes,but thankyou for interrupting me while I was talking!" "I'm sorry" "as I was saying,I got my wolf this morning and she told me that wolfsbane does not affect me,also I'm guess silver does not either!" "I'm going to try and get you out of here,you don't deserve this at all" "don't worry about me,I can look after myself" Bolton looks at me with sad,hurt expression on his face which makes me feel really guilty,I see his eyes suddenly glaze over "I need to go,but I promise I will do everything to get you out of here" "thankyou,Bolton but I think I'll be fine" he looks me in the eyes as if he was going to say something then his eyes widen, " your eyes! Are they ice blue?" "Yes these are the eyes I was born with" "but you had Amber eyes" then it dawned on me I had taken my contacts out before I closed my eyes "Oh that,yeah I had contacts in,Axel and Anna said it was to protect me" "Protect you from who?" "I don't know they have protected me my whole life,it's what siblings do right?" "yeah I guess,at least they are not as twisted as my sister" we both look at each other and laugh about it,Bolton smiles at me one more time and heads back the way he came,leaving me once again in the silence of the cold dark cells.
