Silence reigned over the room as we all waited for Seth to arrive and say whatever it was he called us here to say. He didn"t often have council sessions like this, or if he did, he didn"t invite me. Despite the fact he wasn"t even in the room yet, nobody talked. Even Amun was uncharacteristically silent. Perhaps everyone sensed that there was something bad coming our way. I hoped it wasn"t my fault. If Seth had caught wind of the fact the gods at Karnak were actively trying to get people back to their side of whatever Seth was planning. It always went like this.
