Gunner was aware of the fact that I needed quality time with my mother. I had a hard time adjusting to being apart from her, so when I found out that she was going to live just a short distance away from me, I felt an overwhelming sense of joy. My entire life consisted of only the two of us, then all of a sudden I acquired a large number of new family members. It's something to look forward to!
