JENNA’S POV
After the little heart to heart conversation with Cassie, I got a call from Rob. I know right. Talk about the devil.
“She’s going to be with you in a minute” I heard the house servant say before I could descend completely from the stairs.
He looked breathtaking from the angle I stood at. From the side he looked composed. His lips pressed in as he glanced at his watch.
His gaze lifted from his watch and then rested on me. A small blush crept on my face.
“You look beautiful today, just as always.” His voice was low and firm as I took careful strides towards him.
He stood up, placing a peck on my cheek. “C’mon I’ve got a surprise for you.”
What could this man suddenly be planning?
“If this is another gift, I’m not taking it” I said jokingly.
