Seeds require time.

MY PERSONAL JOURNEY WITH THE SEED WITHIN

I did not always understand that I carried something valuable.

From secondary school into university, I wrote spoken word poetry. It was something I loved deeply. Words came naturally to me. I expressed thoughts, emotions, and ideas through writing.

But there was a gap between writing and expression.

I wrote—but I did not share.

I created—but I did not perform.

My spoken word remained hidden in notebooks and personal drafts.

I believed I was “preparing.”

But in reality, I was protecting fear.

Fear of judgment.

Fear of failure.

Fear of being seen.

So my seed remained buried.

The Realization

One day, I began to understand something:

If I keep the seed in my hands without planting it, it will never grow.

A seed must be released into soil.

In the same way, my ability must be released into expression.

That realization changed everything.

ABILITY WITHOUT EXPRESSION IS UNUSED SEED

A seed that is not planted remains potential forever.

In the same way:

A writer who does not write for impact

A speaker who does not speak publicly

A leader who does not lead

A thinker who does not share ideas

All remain in potential stage.

Greatness does not happen instantly. It follows a process.

1. Discovery

You must first recognize what you carry.

Many people never pause to ask:

What am I good at?

What do I naturally express?

What keeps coming back to me?

2. Acceptance

You must accept your seed.

Stop denying your gifts.

Stop minimizing your abilities.

3. Development

Seeds grow through training.

This includes:

Practice

Learning

Correction

Consistency

4. Exposure

Your seed must face the world.

This is where expression begins.

5. Consistency

Growth is not one-time—it is continuous.

Imagine someone who has the ability to speak but is afraid.

They doubt themselves

MY BREAKTHROUGH INTO EXPRESSION

My transition from hidden writer to public speaker did not happen instantly.

It happened gradually:

I began reading my spoken word aloud

I practiced in private spaces

I shared with small groups

I stepped into public speaking

Each step was growth.

Each step was planting the seed deeper.

Each step brought transformation.

THE SEED RESPONDS TO ACTION

If you do not grow, others lose what you carry.
