“Mm, Damen. Don’t you feel anything about Asteria?” My whole body froze as I heard her mention Asteria. I looked at her and forcefully smiled. I have no idea why she asked me something like this all of a sudden.
“You remember her, right? Blue eyes and long black hair” My heart tightened. How can I forget her face? She’s my mate and she’s the girl I liked ever since I was a kid. I looked at my mom and nodded as she smiled and looked at me while expecting an answer from me.
“She’s good. Innocent” I simply said, I didn’t want her to feel anything, and especially I didn’t want her to feel that I liked Asteria.
“Yeas, she is. But I mean in a romantic way” mom asked me to make my heartbeat go crazy. Why is she suddenly asking me about Asteria? I waited for a while and let out a deep sigh.
