alarm going off at 6 o'clock I just want to sleep more green eyes and heavy breathing can be heard in the darkness no face on light nothing but eyes. she falls I can't move to get to her to stop her from falling. so many times I've seen those pair of eyes heard the heavy breathing like she's running is she running to something or away.

showering and changing into my suit I leave the bedroom and and head for the door. it's been a few hectic days starting a new deal and trying to wrap up this new deal is proving more challenging then I could imagine.

going to the office I head straight for the elevators and head up to the top floor where my office is. looking at my assistant they know to go at get me a cup of coffee.

she is so slow with doing her job I do feel sorry for her I know she's not cut out for this job but I know she need the money I'm look to relocate her somewhere that would be more her speed.

Jo came back with my coffee and I asked her what my day looked like she had to leave the room to get there tablet to tell me.

Sir you have a meeting in 20 minutes do you need me to do anything for you.

ermm. it's here sir should I get the meeting room ready and the files.

just got get the room set up Jo it's fine.

fiddling with the bottom of her shirt she turns round and walks out to hopefully get the room done on time.

I need to find a new assistant. and soon.

I better get looking.

heading to the meeting room with still five minutes I see Jo just sat there looking into space. the room somewhat done but not.

Jo you can return to your desk and wait for Mr Scott and show him the room he should be here any minute.

I set the table straight when she finally headed towards the door once this meeting is over I need a word with her to see why she is so spacy today she's not normally this bad and slow something is on her mind.

Once I've sat down Jo comes in and introduces Mr Scott.

half hour later the meeting is done deal is signed now time for planning and production.

Jo can you come to my office a minute I pipe up as I walk past her desk.

is there anything you wish to discuss Jo you don't seem yourself.

sorry tate my head is all over the place my gran isn't doing so well my boyfriend ended up cheating on me I actually walked in on it. it shouldn't affect my work but I can't chase the image away. I'm going to have to buy a new bed.

Jo I know you don't want to here this right now but I'm going to have to let you go as my personal assistant I am sorry you still have a job in the company I have seen your drawings you do when your sat at your desk.

I have just signed a deal for a fashion line and I want you to be lead fashion designer for me it will me abit less money then you get now but you'll finally be doing something you actually enjoy.

looking at Jo I can see her eyes fill with unfallen tears.

for the next week I want to to come up with a few designs and present them to me and can you find someone to replace your position. please.

of course I know someone who will be perfect and she's been looking for a new job and her old job just doesn't cut it anymore for her.
