DAMON’S POV
I was heartbroken, not just for myself but my sister as well. I wished I had not confessed my feelings to Kaida because I looked like a fool now and Talia was not helping matters with her outbursts and insults.
I kept trying to drag her away but she refused to be moved and even tried to attack Kaida.
Pain had clouded her mind and wold not allow her to remember that if anything happened to the heir because of her, then she would be beheaded according to the laws of this pack.
But not for Alpha Luther who stopped her in time, the story would've been a different one and she would've seen that pain eradicate from her and fear would take it's place.
I finally succeeded in dragging her away but her tears would not stop. She even found a spot on the road to sit and cry.
