Everyone had just been behaving strangely for the past months. Almost like everyone had a particular cockroach they were hiding in their cupboard.
Nothing had been the same. Everybody just tried to mind their own business and I tried to make sure I didn't cross paths with Criseda.
I didn't cross paths with her and she didn't cross paths with me as well. Not that she liked me anyways.
I didn't understand why Gina said Alpha Kael was calling me but by the time I got to his chambers and knocked, he said he didn't send for me.
I was back downstairs and she said it was Alpha Caden, now making me go back the way up to Alpha Caden.
