I watched all my guards being held down as I tried my best not to get angry at Selene.
"Let my guards go, Selene." I spoke softly.
"Most times you seem to have forgotten your place, Kaida. You seem to allow very little things to swell your pride." She continued as she stood beside me overlooking outside where my guards were being held on the ground.
"Let them go, Selene. I didn't come here to fight with you, i came to speak to mom." I said again in a low voice, but the thing with Selene was that she was not listening.
