Criseda's POV
I laid on my bed smiling like I had just won a lottery. At least, I had done something reasonable for my life during this chaotic period. All I was waiting for now was for Wolfe to come back with the potion I had forgotten.
He had assured me he would take care of it as usual and I believed he would. He had never fallen my hands, not ever.
After an hour of waiting, I began to fall asleep on my bed when I heard voices at my door. They were whispering but my wolf ears would definitely catch sounds that were farther from me.
“Come with me." Wolfe was saying.
“To where? Was I with you when you were sent on this errand? I'm not coming with you.” I heard Gina respond and my eyes flew open.
“Please, just join me to report to Luna Criseda." Wolfe peladed.
