I should call the governor.” Cole tried to hide his disapproval. “You gonna turn him in?” Tony nodded. “This is a mess. Way over our heads at this point.” “So who takes it from here?” Tony breathed deeply, exhaling with some of his own dissatisfaction. “I dunno. Maybe the State Department can throw some resources. f**k, maybe the UN.” He paused. “Assuming they want to do anything with it.” Cole pivoted slowly to watch Tony’s eyes
