I sat back on the hospital bed and rubbed my tired eyes. I had been reading the old tomes that Dr. Grey has brought to me, and I was getting more and more discouraged as time went on. Everything I had read in the books about the transformation process said that the human that was undergoing the process needed to be in perfect health, or they would die.
