Amelie POV
The rest of the day was just me in my room, crying my eyes out, but what makes me extremely happy is that King Sebastian didn't send for me to come warm his bed as usual. Guess it's because he has someone doing it now. Well, I feel pity for whoever that woman is.
The knocking sound on the door pulls my attention, and I advance toward it, pulling it open afterward. It's one of the maids in the palace and seeing her here, I need not be told that my attention is needed by the king.
"Lady Ariel demands to see you," The maid says while giving me a disgusting look, not that I care about the way she looks at me, anyway. Why the hell should I care?
